Man Jailed for Selling Drugs in Bradford
Another Buffalo man is in McKean County Jail for dealing drugs in Bradford.
35-year-old Darnell “Lizard” Tabb is accused of selling crack cocaine to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force twice. On September 22, at about 9:30 p.m. he sold the informant $100 worth of crack in the back parking lot of the Hotel Holley, according to papers filed in District Judge Rich Luther’s office. On September 24 at 11 p.m. he sold $150 worth of crack in the back hallway of the Holley.
Tabb is charged with felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance by a non-registered person.
His bail is $60,000 and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on May 9.
